For leaders exploring C12

What is C12, and how is it different from other Christian business networks?

C12 is a peer advisory organization exclusively for Christian CEOs and business owners. It combines a structured biblical business curriculum with confidential peer processing and real accountability. That combination is the difference: it is not a networking breakfast, and it is not a Bible study bolted onto a business group.

Who is C12 designed for?

C12 is built for Christian CEOs, presidents, and business owners leading established, profitable private companies, typically past the startup stage and carrying real responsibility for people and results. The common thread is a desire to integrate faith into how the business actually runs, not just how it is described. Members come ready to be sharpened by peers and to build something that outlasts them.

What happens in a typical monthly meeting?

Forums meet for one full day each month. The day includes prayer, a working session on biblical business principles from the C12 curriculum, deep peer processing of a member’s key issue, accountability updates on prior commitments, and action planning. Everything is confidential, and forums never include competitors.

How is C12 different from secular peer groups like Vistage or EO?

Secular groups emphasize business performance. C12 does too, but on a different foundation: timeless biblical wisdom applied to decisions across business, family, and ministry, for an eternal purpose rather than only a quarterly one. The Why C12 page has the full comparison, including how we differ from C3 Leaders.

What are the membership requirements and time commitment?

Members lead profitable private companies and are willing to work on the business, not just report on it. The commitment is one full day per month for your forum, plus a monthly Focus60 coaching session and two to four hours of preparation. It is a real investment of time, and most members will tell you that protecting that day is exactly what makes it valuable.

What does membership actually include?

The monthly rhythm is the heart of it: an all-inclusive forum day and a monthly Focus60 coaching session with your Chair. Around that sit the C12 curriculum, an annual 360 review of your business, proxy access to 600+ C12 forums worldwide when you travel, the member app with financial benchmarking, regional workshops, and a set of life-and-family resources from workplace chaplaincy to marriage retreats. The full benefit sheet, including the Key Player track for your senior leaders, is a free download, with the highlights on the Why C12 page.

What does membership cost?

C12 is a for-profit business, on purpose, and the dues are real; we talk specifics in our first conversation. Here is what members consistently say: the money is not the hard part, the time is, and paying for it is part of why it works, because your dues are leverage and your Chair works for you. One C12 distinctive worth knowing is that Chairs commit 100% to this work, so I will never be selling consulting on the side or splitting my attention with another business. Serving members is the entire job.

Will my forum include direct competitors?

No. Forums are deliberately formed with non-competing businesses, so nothing you share in the room ever helps a rival. That is what makes it safe to put your hardest issues on the table and get honest counsel in return.

How do I know if C12 is right for my business?

Two easy ways: attend an upcoming forum day as a guest, free and with no obligation, or book a short discovery call. Either will tell you more than any web page can.

A C12 member sent me here. What is the fastest way to check it out?

Ask them to bring you to a forum day as their guest. Guest days are free, there is no obligation, and arriving alongside someone who already trusts the room is the best introduction there is. What kind of results have members seen?

Members consistently report growth in the areas that matter most, in the business and at home. In C12's most recent member survey, 95% implemented at least one idea that improved their business in the past year, 93% said the people around them would agree they had grown as a leader, 79% reported improved work-life balance, and 78% credited C12 with a stronger marriage. You can see these figures on our home page.

How can I get started or learn more?

The best next step is a conversation. Contact Eric to schedule a confidential call, or arrange to attend an upcoming forum day as a guest in the Seattle or Bellingham area. Guest visits are free and carry no obligation, and they will tell you more in a morning than any web page can.
