The short version
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect your name and email so we can send you what you asked for and follow up personally. We store that information in HubSpot, our customer relationship system, and send email through Resend. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
What we collect
- Name and email address, when you submit a form on this site.
- Your message, if you use the contact form.
- Assessment responses, if you take the Lone Leader Checkup, so we can show you your result.
- Which form you used, so we know what you were interested in.
How we use it
- To deliver the resource, result, or reply you requested.
- To send the True North newsletter, if you subscribed to it.
- To follow up personally about C12 Seattle North, if your inquiry suggests you would like that.
Where it lives
Contact records are stored in HubSpot. Email is delivered through Resend. Appointment booking runs on Calendly, which has its own privacy policy that applies when you book. This site is hosted on Netlify.
Analytics and cookies
We watch how the site is doing with two tools. Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us privacy-friendly, aggregate numbers (pages viewed, general region, and where visitors arrived from) with no cookies and no way to identify you. HubSpot sets a cookie that helps us see how the site is used and, if you later submit a form, connect your visit to your inquiry so we can follow up well. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and the site works the same either way.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in its footer. If you want your information corrected or deleted entirely, email eric.smith@c12forums.com and it will be handled promptly and personally.
