Most pastors tell me the same two things. First: the marketplace leaders in their congregation are among their most capable, generous people. Second: they are the hardest to disciple, because almost nothing in church life speaks to the specific weight of running a company. The result is a group of leaders who are spiritually hungry and structurally isolated at the same time.

C12 is built for exactly that gap: monthly peer advisory forums where Christian CEOs apply biblical wisdom to real business decisions, alongside leaders who understand the chair they sit in. The bridge is simple: pastors identify the marketplace leaders God has put in their care, and C12 gives those leaders a room built for their calling.

What this is not

  • Not a replacement for your church. C12 affirms the local church as God's primary institution for worship, discipleship, shepherding, and the ordinances. We do not preach sermons, practice baptism or the Lord's Supper, offer pastoral counseling, or exercise church discipline. Primary shepherding stays with you and your elders.
  • Not a drain on your congregation's giving. Member dues are a business expense covered by company resources, and C12 teaches that personal tithes belong first to the local church. Forum meetings never take precedence over church commitments.
  • Not a parachurch competitor. Members are encouraged toward deeper church involvement: more consistent attendance, generous giving to their church first, active service, and workplace evangelism. The forum sends them back to you stronger.

How pastors partner
