The shape of a forum day
Morning
Word and curriculum
Prayer, check-in, and a working session in the C12 curriculum: one of the five key areas of the business, applied to your company that month.
Midday
Core Issue processing
One member presents a real, current decision to the board: a key hire, an acquisition, a succession question. The room asks the questions nobody on your payroll will.
Afternoon
Accountability and the 30-day plan
Review of last month’s commitments, then each member leaves with a concrete plan for the next thirty days. What gets scheduled gets done.
Focus60: the other half of the rhythm
The forum day is where your peer board works on your business.Focus60 is where your Chair does: a monthly one-on-one coaching session (a focused sixty minutes) that comes with membership, not as an upsell. It goes wherever it is needed most: the decision you are not ready to bring to the whole board yet, follow-through on your 30-day commitments, or the family and faith weight quietly shaping your leadership. It is confidential, prepared for on both sides, and it ends with next steps in writing.
Before you visit
The ground rules
- Non-competing. Groups are carefully formed so no member ever sits across from a competitor.
- Confidential. Every member signs a confidentiality agreement. What is said in the room stays in the room.
- Committed. One full day per month plus two to four hours of preparation. Members lead established, profitable private companies.
- Biblical. Scripture is not a garnish here. It is the basis for how the room reasons about decisions.
- All-inclusive. Meals and hosting are covered by membership. You bring yourself, your prep, and your real numbers.
Where we meet
C12 Seattle North serves CEOs and business owners along the I-5 corridor across King, Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom counties, with forums convening in the Seattle and Bellingham areas. If you are between those dots on the map, there is a seat within reach.
