Why True North exists

Welcome. You found this either because a friend forwarded it or because you signed up on the site. Either way, I’m glad you’re here.

True North is a short monthly letter for Christian CEOs and business owners leading companies between Seattle and the Canadian border. It exists because of one conviction I keep seeing proven true: you were not meant to lead alone.

Every month I’ll send you:

  • One idea worth stealing. A practical leadership tool or discipline I’ve seen work inside real Puget Sound companies, not theory from a conference stage.
  • One question worth sitting with. The kind a good peer board would ask you if you had one in the room.
  • One thing happening locally. What God is doing in the business community from King County up through Whatcom, and where you can plug in.

That’s it. No fluff, no funnels, roughly a five minute read.

Why “True North”? Because every leader I know is navigating: cross-border complexity, family businesses passing between generations, industries growing faster than their leadership structures. Navigation requires a fixed point that doesn’t move when conditions do. For those of us who follow Jesus, that fixed point isn’t a strategy. It’s Him.

Grateful to be building alongside you,
